Programs We Offer

In addition to hosting guest groups throughout the year, Camp Maranatha invites families and individuals to attend conference sponsored camps.

Family Camp

Join us for a week of family fun and spiritual growth that campers of all ages will enjoy.

  • Crafts
  • Seminars
  • Bible classes
  • Recreation
  • Campfires
  • And more!

Time spent together at camp affords opportunities for families to share and discuss important topics that busy lives at home rarely supply. Do you kids know where you stand in your faith? Do you know what concerns are on their hearts? Some of the most lasting effects of Family Camp will be shaped in those intergenerational conversations that take place during free time.

Kids Kamp

Children entering grades 3 - 6 will develop friendships and come to know Jesus better as they attend Bible classes, work on craft projects and experience a variety of recreation activities. This Native American themed week is directed by "Big Chief" and culminates with an awards ceremony where parents can watch their little Indians appear from the forest in response to Chief Thunderbird's traditional chant. Kids Kamp is also an ideal opportunity for children to develop teamwork skills and a more personal relationship with God.

Teen Camp

7th through 12th graders are sure to be impacted by this week that focuses on the specific needs, hopes and fears of today's teens. Camp leaders help to equip campers to live as Christians in a world that may not embrace or affirm their faith. Love and truth are emphasized as teens learn from the Bible and develop study and sharing skills. This is also a good way for those who are curious about Christianity to spend time with adult leaders and other teens who are actively seeking to live out their faith.

Teen Retreat

Teen Campers can return to Camp Maranatha for a weekend of rejuvenation. The enthusiasm and confidence they remember from the last days of teen camp may have waned with the stresses and pressures of the school year. Other teens, who have never participated in a full week of camp may feel more comfortable with a weekend retreat.

The weekend activities may even include sledding or other snow activities, weather permitting.

Women's Retreats

Here's a chance for the ladies to get away and let someone else do the cooking for a change. Today's busy lifestyles don't often provide the times our great-grandmothers had to visit with other women. Titus 2:4 encourages older women to teach the younger women. The weekend will provide opportunities of teaching, fellowship and quiet times with the Lord. A time of spiritual renewal will do wonders in equipping women for the many responsibilities at home.
