Keith Shirley grew up coming to Camp Maranatha, and worked on summer staff as a teenager in the 70’s. He joined the staff at Camp Maranatha in 1990 as facilities manager, and in 2003 he became the director. Keith has been married to his wife, Paula, for 26 years, and they have three kids.

From an early age Lisa Richard felt drawn to the camping ministry. As a teenager, she worked on Camp Maranatha’s summer staff for four summers, and she also worked for two years at another Christian camp as an outdoor school instructor. In August of 2006, Lisa left a career in restaurant management to join the staff at Camp Maranatha as food service director.

Josh Tate and his wife Sarah have a long history with Camp Maranatha. They met each other while working on summer staff in the 90’s, and were married on the camp’s center grass in 2001. In 2004 Josh was hired as Camp Maranatha’s assistant director, and he and Sarah moved across the country from St Albans, VT to take the job. Josh and Sarah feel that the camp is a great place to raise their three kids and to invest themselves in the Lord’s service.
